1 or 2 hub Bond SB any way to tell? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi

Does anybody know if there is a way to tell if the bestbuy Bond steelbooks have 1 or 2 hubs without opening them? I would rather have the 1 hub case. Have had mixed luck buying and returning at the customer service counter and would rather improve my chance of picking 1 with only 1 hub.

I wouldn't think so. I ended up with a 2-hub For Your Eyes Only, and it looks identical on the outside to all other versions I've seen...

Hi

Found an answer myself. If anyone else prefers the one hub case, if you press/squeeze the center of the case you will notice that the top hits the center hub and you can feel a sorta tap. The two hub case will tend to flex a slight bit more and you won't feel the distinctive tap of the center hub.
