The WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 collector's edition for the PLAYSTATION 3 system features a copy of the game and a disc with exclusive Blu-ray content. Included on the disc is a behind-the-scenes documentary on the making of the videogame, as well as more than two hours of WWE footage from a variety of popular SmackDown vs. Raw cross-brand matches from 2008. Assuming you mean the Collector's Edition, the NA version is available at all regular stores, it seems, for $79.99 (GameStop, BestBuy, Circuit City, Toys R Us, J&R etc.).

Not sure about the Euro one, but I assume the regular places there as well.
