Strange but true, Joaquin Phoenix announced in an interview with E! Online that he is retiring from acting to pursue a music career.

He was eerily convincing as Cash. I think he'll do well in the music business. Liked him in We Own the Night.

WOW. Walk The Line was great and yes he did an awesome job singing and performing in that movie as did Reece Witherspoon.
