Default Buying a new PC, need some help

So I am about to order a new computer for home. Mainly it will be for editing video and some design projects, but I also want to use it as a second Blu-ray player.
Further I still need Windows XP on there, so it will be a Dell, since they're one of the last places offering it. I don't feel like completely custom building one at this time so I have been eyeballing a XPS 630 for a while.

Now I have a few questions.

I want to get the Blu-ray drive they offer. Which monitor / graphics card should I go with to get a good setup?

For the XPS 630 they offer either-

Dual 256MB Radeon ATI HD 2600 XT

or

nVidia GeForce 9800 GT 512MB

I won't be gaming a whole lot on this machine, but need at least a S-Video out to hook up to my TV to watch downloaded sports events.

Then I am also thinking about getting this diplay-

What do you guys think ?
