Issues with the Incredible Hulk BD

Hello maybe someone help with this issue:
I purchased the Incredible Hulk BD @Costco and have some issues
I don't know if its the disc or the player but the problem is this:
If i play it and go to a later chapter there is no sound or it freezes
It plays but i have to start at the beginning
I'm no electronics expert
iI have a Sharp Aquos LCD hooked up to a LG Super Blu, and a 321 Bose System
Any info is welcome

It seems to be a software issue so make sure you have the latest firmware for your player. Also try your disc in another player, at a friend's for instance.

Called LG, they are sending me update disc, i tried online but for some reason its not reading the stuff i downloaded
