Something's wrong with Tower.com - Blu-ray Forum

Every time I try to buy something from their site using Google checkout, it won't let me me choose any other shipping method other than overnight. Has any one else had this problem?

I've sent a message to Tower.com about this problem. Or do you guys think it's Google's problem?

usually I select "Ground" and they ship it out over-night at the same cost anyway

No, it won't let select anything but overnight. It keeps booting me back to the screen saying the cost has changed (the shipping has flipped to overnight) to confirm the order with overnight shipping.

I'm doing a large November order of Blu-rays and I don't feel like paying $100 for shipping.

I've run into that with other sites and google checkout...the other site said it a problem on Google's end so I just processed it with them...didn't make a difference to me.

I've never used Google checkout but I did just do a successful ground order with Tower this week and had no issues with it so ruling that out I'd say it's Google checkout. Have you tried adding them to your cart withoiut Google checkout just in case?

this happened to me the other day as well, pissed me off. it was like a game, try to beat tower's crap site. oh well, saved me from spending more on blu rays anyway

Just an update, my ground order arrived yesterday. Took about 5 days.
