I expect to see more mainstream movies shot on IMAX cameras in the future. With dvd and Blu-ray starting to encroach on first run theatrical releases, studios have to come up with extra incentive to get consumers out of their homes and into the theater. IMAX is one way to do this as is 3-D viewing.
