Default Creating screencaps from blu-ray movies?

i'm guessing it's done the same way with any format but i have no idea.
how do i capture than transfer to pc?

You mean how to capture THEN transfer to PC !
I thought Firmware 2.50 did the trick for the PS3 but nope.
