Default 60Hz vs 120 Hz Refresh Rate
Sorry for my ignorance but can someone tell me the difference between a Flat Panel LCD which has a screen refresh rate of 60Hz vs one with a screen refresh rate of 120HZ.

Would it be worth paying $200 more for a higher refresh rate?
