Default Just upgraded from the STR-DG510 to the DG820

what a difference! my DG510 decided not to send signals to the speakers anymore, after much troubleshooting i decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to the DG820. the HDMI audio throughput makes it worth it right there, not to mention getting DTS-HD-MA and TrueHD sound out of my PS3.

pretty happy with my purchase

recommendations on my next upgrade? i'm running a 5.1 setup at the moment, but wouldn't mind getting the back surrounds in the near future.

What speakers/sub are you currently running? Are you happy with them?

a sony 5.1 addon set SA-FT1H

http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/mod...1H&region_id=1

they are nice and compact for my 1br apartment, and (in my opinion) give me all the volume and quality i need right now.

i am on the +Sony side of the house, i've always been pretty satisfied with their product. i've had these for about a year now and they've been very good to me

Id say if your living conditions (bigger house/room) change, then Id say look for better speakers...but if youre happy/satisfied with the current set, no reason to change.
