rambo 3 bluray actually rambo 2 - Blu-ray Forum

bought rambo 3 pack from walmart, watched first 2 all is good, go to put in 3 and its rambo 2 again, i pull out the disc, it says rambo 3 on it, lol ok.

so i return to walmart requesting exchange, they refuse to do it because the actual disc says rambo 3 on it and they think im an idiot or something, so im stuck with rambo 1 and two rambo 2s hah

anyone else had this problem (not referring to walmart idiocy)

Don't they have a PS3 or standalone Blu-ray player they could test it on?

I know someone on here had a Rambo 2 disc that was actually Terminator 2, so I guess it's not uncommon for Lionsgate to screw up. I'd contact them about the problem if Wal-mart isn't cooperating.

I think I remember someone on AVS having this happen or it might have been Terminator 2 on the disc instead. Contact Lionsgate, I'm sure they will send you a correct disc.

Well - if I can give you SOME glimmer of hope.... at least not all of the rambo tripacks are bad.

Mine included Rambo 1, 2 and 3 discs... including the MOVIES for 1, 2, and 3!

I'd talk to a manager at your walmart - obviously the peon you're talking to is out to lunch. Talk to the manager, tell him/her the problem, and if necessary, force them to play it in their blu display.

When all else fails.. throw a fit lol.

Wow, that is so funny! They must think you're the biggest moron in the world. It's so implausible I can understand why they don't believe you. Just insist on it and have them play it on one of the display models. Then gloat about it and see what you can get from them to compensate for the terrible customer service.

This reminds me of when my parents thought it would be a good Christmas gift and bought me a DC Talk CD. I wasn't impressed and it sat unopened for quite a while. Finally, with friends over, I decided to play it to make fun of it.

The first thing we heard when we pressed play was:
Ahh, it's time to relax. And you know what that means.

This disc said DC Talk-Jesus Freak, but it was Offspring-Smash. I still have it. I've wondered if some nerd might want it on ebay or something, but I think I'll keep it a little longer.

The Rambo thing though, wow! That would make me a little more upset.

go to another walmart and tell them the disc doesnt read in ur player and theyll gladly exchange it

Look at it this way; technically, Rambo 3 IS Rambo part 2, since the first film was of course named First Blood. So in a way, it was truth in advertising . . .
