Will UK Blu-Ray plays on PS3?

I really want High School Musical, so i'm thinking of import the UK one.

I noticed it's in PAL format and my player is a US Playstation 3 and it can't play any PAL dvd.

Will HSM UK plays on my PS3?

According to the blu ray region website HSM remix is region free which means it will play.

The 2nd one "HSM 2, extended dance edition" is not region free and therefore will not work.

So your ok to get the first one only.

The only issue you would have is trying to watch any standard def extras that may be included on the disc. PAL and NTSC aren't an issue in the hi-def realm.
