Cool Question for those who have the German SteelBook™ of "The Mist"
I just got the german steelbook in the mail today (thanks jwwbud) and according to the very very very limited German I know the extras states there's a Black and White version on there (Schwarz/Weiss).

How do I get the Black and White one to play? I selected the English option for audio and one of the Subs and it still didn't play the B/W version.

Can someone help me out?
