Default Close Encounters (Keep Case)

I searched for a CE thread, but couldn't find one. So forgive me for posting a duplicate thread. Anyone purchase the KEEP CASE version of CLOSE ENCOUNTERS from Amazon (has slipcover)? Does this blu contain all the xtras from the box set?

One guy bought the Essentials version and got only Disc 1 from the boxset.

The next poster points out that the listing here at blu-ray.com says the Essentials version has both discs from the boxset, but he doesn't actually own it to be able to verify.

Amazon and other sites seem useless.

The question seems still unanswered.

Here's an image of the back of the keep case version:

It doesn't list any extras from the second disc.

Just wait for the first version to go on sale again. I remember it was either $7 or $8 at Best Buy for a week sometime after Christmas/New Year.

I have the single disc version, no extras, zippo, nada. Bought it for $11 and change which was a good price at the time. The following week Best Buy had the multi-disc 30th Anniversay version on sale packed with extras for $14.99. It's now at Deepdiscount on sale for $14.24 ......

My luck as usual ....

I got it for 7.99 at Best Buy a few weeks after Christmas. One of the best deals I've ever had on Blu-Ray. (Perhaps second only to getting the Back to the Future Trilogy for 14.99 last week on Amazon.com)

One of the best blu-rays I own too...the film (three versions!!!), special features, booklet, and a nice sturdy case...
