Does anyone know if this had anything to do with it being delayed?

Let's hope that this is settled to the satisfaction of all those involved, so that we can truly get the definitive edition of this film.

If it's truly the dumb game that's holding up the release, just drop the thing. No one cares about it, and it's clearly not a selling point of the disc anyway.

I don't know why the short mockumentary from last year isn't on the disc. That was great.
