No mention of this on the cover and no slip, though. Might be of interest to some. On another note, this site's reviewer, Mr Jeffrey Kaufman, might want to check his name spelling. In the reviews for both season 1 and 2, he just can't get Mads Mikkelsen's name right. Come on, it's there in big bold letters on the sleeves and it's not like Mr Mikkelsen is a totally unknown actor... Last edited by Erasmus Craven; 09-17-2014 at 09:50 AM.
