Which is best team in NBA 2k9? - Blu-ray Forum

I use the suns but I think the new pistons or Boston is the way to go for the best.

I have yet to lose a game with the hornets. starting lineup is pretty stacked if u start Posey instead of Peterson and im shooting like 70% from 3s with Peja. overall best teams probably lakers and celtics due to depth. the heat have a pretty solid starting 5 too even with rookies like Chalmers and Beasley.

I play the Wizards but thats mostly from personal preference and loyalty... but my friends are standing by the Lakers and Celtics too. I generally agree with the stats and scoring for the players. I can get by using most of the teams and its all about using your strengths into play. Practice makes a big difference and mastery of the shot stick is useful for embarrassing my friends, haha. Am I the only one who plays their home team just because?

I think the best two teams are like everyone else has mentioned: Celtics and Lakers (sounds like the title to the old EA Sports basketball game before it became NBA Live). I play with the Wizards mostly out of loyalty to the hometeam. Plus Haywood and Arenas are there so they don't suck out loud like they do in real life right now.

You aren't the only one who plays their home team. It's normal I guess but I am completely opposite. I'm from Charlotte, NC and can't stand the Bobcats and even the Carolina Panthers in the NFL. No rule where you gotta love your home town team and definitely applies to me because I cant stand both of mine. Wish both teams would fold and get sold and move out of town lol.

Haha my friend would be very upset if he read that comment you made about the Panthers... but to each their own. Speaking of teams, anyone else keeping up with The Other Season? I'm surprised how close the rankings are... there's still some time for there to be a difference - anyone actually join this or is top ranking in any of the teams?
