I'm not going out of my way to be like all the militant people here, but, isn't that what the collection lists are here for? To catalog, categorize, and keep count of all your collection?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see the point of this thread.

Nope 25 of them come in the John Wayne collection so there's no point. I never collected DVDs so that's all I've ever had

I have 50 Blu Rays. But a lot of DVDs. I haven't even started to add all those and I doubt I'd get them all on here. I must have over 250 DVDs.

For shows, I have Stargate SG-1, Universe, Xena, Hercules, Knight Rider, Wonder Woman, Inuyasha, Fawlty Towers, Conan, Legend of the Seeker, Smallville, MoTU, She Ra, Ab Fab, some of the Dark Shadows series, Seachange, The Sharpe movies, Jason of Star Command, Game of Thrones, and Once Upon a Time.

I am probably missing some, I have a lot.

I find the TV shows that a person chooses to own an interesting thing. A lot of have the same blu-rays (either we are Criterion collectors, or blockbuster collectors, etc), but there are so many varied TV shows and they are generally more expensive that few people collect everything there is. I didn't include things bought just for the kids)

[Show spoiler]For me:
A-Team (full set)
ALF (seasons 1-3 - yes, I liked it growing up)
American Chopper (seasons 1-3)
Battlestar Galactica (original series)
Battlestar Galactic (modern series)
Big Bang Theory (seasons 1-5)
Boy Meets World (all 7 seasons for my wife and me)
Charlie's Angels (complete original series)
Chuck (full series - my favorite show)
Community (all available seasons)
Doctor Who (modern series, seasons 1-6)
Dr Quinn Medicine Woman (full series)
Firefly
Flash (complete series)
Flintstones (seasons 4 & 6)
Get Smart (complete original series)
GIjoe (complete original series - bought it for my son but we all know the truth )
Greatest American Hero (complete series)Heroes (seasons 1 & 2 - felt it falling apart after that)
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
Highlander (seasons 1-4 - didn't care for the last two seasons)
Hustle (all eight seasons - great BBC show)
JAG (complete series)
Knight Rider (complete original series)
Monk (seasons 1 & 2)
Pinky & the Brain (volumes 1&2)
Scooby Doo (seasons 1 &2)
Star Wars the Clone Wars (cartoon) (both volumes)
Star Wars the Clone Wars (cgi) (all four seasons)
Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles (both seasons)
Transformers (original series - gift for my son but secretly for me too)
V (original series and related miniseries)

Enough. Though if I had to blind buy and invest again. I'd do it the same, Tv shows are the best value without a doubt in my opinion of course. I dabble in the Criterion's, went and learned just about everything about Disney, and trying to limit myself to Best Buy steelbooks. That total recall steelbook from wal-mart still haunts me. It doesn't belong and it knows it! This is my last format though. The PS4 will upscale like a champ.

Bluray's listed on left. DVDs are around 500.

Have had essential TV in the past but sold of some that looked horrible and were early DVDs and thus not transferred right.

Only 2 seasons of Walking Dead on blu. ALL my other TV shows are DVD. I did that on purpose. Movies I upgrade, TV shows not worth it to me.

I own 69 different television series. That is a total number of shows, not seasons. Also own over a dozen miniseries.
