Default Why is my The Incredible Hulk case missing the Blu-Ray?

So I went and got it at Wal-Mart (my first mistake) since it was $19.96. I get home and open it up and it only has the digital copy. Am I missing something here?

So you're saying it only came with the digital copy? Take it back, i would say that was a mistake on their part...they should replace it or

Correct. There is only one disc holder spot in the case. Shouldn't there be two? That has been my experience with Digital Copy cases up to this point.

Yes, but the blu-ray should be on that disc-holder. My digital copy came in a white paper sleeve on the side where the little inserts go.

PS: not sure if i can post this link here, but there's a picture at the bottom that shows the actual contents, hope this helps

Good luck. Store administrators are very "scam" conscious (because of LOTS of theft problems) so they will automatically think you took the disc out to sell on ebay or whatever and then tried to return the case without the disc for an exchange (can't get a refund on an opened movie).

My guess is that Wal-mart won't allow the exchange and tell you that you'll have to contact the manufacturer to work out the problem.

I had a similar problem, albeit for the DVD version that came in the Target-exclusive breakaway wall packaging. Target's version also included a bonus three disc. But inside my package were two discs of the digital copy (both in white paper sleeves) along with the movie disc. Fortunately, Target was accomodating. We opened another package before I left to make sure inside were the movie disc, the digital copy disc, and the Target bonus disc (which I realize I still need to watch!).

True but being its a one disc holder and WMs lack of knowledge there shouldnt be any problem exchanging based on the "It wont play" complaint

This is why I always feel for the heaviest case.. Not only that but I'm always looking for the best lookin' one out of the bunch.

Good luck to you, this may be tricky to get Wal-Mart siding with you... You may have to call Universal yourself.

Had to go to a different Wal-Mart becuase the one I got my copy from was sold out, but I got it exchanged with no problems. I don't think they knew what I was talking about when I said Digital Copy and Blu-ray. I was a little surprised that it was that easy.

Best Buy has started to just sell digital copies of movies now for about $14. I guess their way of competing with iTunes.

My guess is someone sliced it and took the disc prior to him buying it(unless they were behind glass). I know our WM has had them locked up from day one due to the fact that so many empty cases were found everywhere in the store. In fact they have just recently locked up the DVDs. I used to like to see the 'B' movies available and read the cases to order online but now I have to go to Target for that because its a PITA to get someone to unlock it, then try and read the case with them looking over your shoulder(plus I usually dont buy)

This happened to my Walmart purchase today, although my Hulk had a Phillips blank CD-R in it. They didn't give me any grief to exchange it, but what a hassle to have to go back.
