Please Help......

I don't know what is going on, but for some reason, both Iron Man and Tropic Thunder will NOT work on my PS3. I have the most current update, I have the 60g version, and I've tried setting the system to default settings. I looked on a forum stating for Iron Man that I should be connected to the internet. My question is, do I need to load the information on the hd first and then disconnect and try to play it then? Also, I tried system default for Tropic Thunder and that didn't work. Please, can someone explain in detail as to how I can get them to work. All other blurays play perfect. Even the ones w/ bd live. Thanks.

Whoa! That seems to be a problem! That sucks. Right now you won't get much assistance but check this thread again within 24 hours and you should get some technical support from these brainiacs in these forums.
