I have noticed that quite a few of the TV'S for 2021 specifically 65 and 75 inch models under $1000 don't currently support HDMI 2.1? Why is that because there's quite a few people who stated that this was the main reason why they waited for the newer models to come out for 2021? If you want to spend like say over $1500 those models have HDMI 2.1 but not the mid entry level TV'S under $1000.
