I must say, when I first heard of deep frying a turkey, I was skeptical. However, after that first juicy bite, I was hooked. Not to mention it only takes 45min and doesn't heat up the whole house. Let the juices flow with a deep fried turkey for me. Don't forget to use peanut oil and put a good rub on it.

I expect Oven Baked to win this poll since deep frying is still up and coming. Those Oven Bakers who would like a turkey that is not nearly as dry as oven baked, try the deep fryer.
