Unhappy PowerDVD causes BSOD, no matter what.

The first time when I got this issue was when I was trying to playback the Enchanted Blu-Ray. Right when the very first video material was supposed to be shown a BSOD came up telling me that nv4disp.dll caused the error...

2 weeks later, nothing works anymore. I've tried several NVidia Display Drivers, reinstalled Power DVD (7.3) but without any success. Whenever I click on play the PC freezes and shows up a BSOD, no matter which Blu-Ray. Now I'm pretty desperate about this issue since I was going to have a nice weekend with friends and some movies on Blu-Ray, so I hope that anyone is able to help, thanks in advance!

Windows XP (32-Bit) SP2
PowerDVD 7.3
LG Blu-Ray/HD DVD Combo
Geforce 8800GTS (320MB)/Forceware 175.16
Athlon 64 X2 4400+
Creative X-Fi Fatality
4GB (400MHz) RAM

Notice that everything worked great for a few months...
