i just bought this sony blu ray and i must admit it is awesome. however, on two separate movies, the sound just stopped while the movie continued. once i stopped the movie and hit play again, the sound came back on. is there something i am doing wrong or do you think my player is defective? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Back on topic. I have never experienced what the OP is mentioning, the only time when audio stops for a fraction, is when I switch between different audio tracks. Something normal. Perhaps the problem is something related to the audio receiver, Audio setup, HDMI cable (perhaps he/she is using optical or coaxial, analog?), those particular discs, the change of layer, does it happens often? We'll need more info. Last edited by Octavio; 11-30-2008 at 09:28 PM. |
