What game to buy next? - Blu-ray Forum

Tomorrow, I am going to buy one PS3 game, because the black friday deals are crazy!

I'm not sure what to get, but maybe you guys will know by the games I own.

Resistance
Resistance 2
Devil May Cry 4
GTA IV
Dynasty Warriors 6
Harry Potter 6 (didn't buy this one... was a present... so don't count it)
F.E.A.R.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma
Uncharted
Assassin's Creed
Rock Band
Guitar Hero 3
Jericho (received as present...)

UPDATE: I'm not interested in FPS anymore, as I own way too many.

Some of the newer ones I've played and liked are Fallout 3, Dead Space, Little Big Planet, SW: The Force Unleashed, Silent Hill, and just picked up Far Cry 2--played this for just a couple hrs. but its a cool shooter so far. The new Call of Duty looks like another must play title.

Hope that's enough to get you started!

If you liked GTA/sandbox style play then I'd second the Far Cry 2 recommendation. Not my favorite style of gameplay, but I really got into the game the first 30 hours or so. Only drawback is the A.I. (if you can call it that), but otherwise a pretty fun game.

I went online to do some research and then my mind was set for the following.
I am going to list the games and some reasons that draws me away from buying... (meaning I want to get, but there's a reason that I haven't decided)

LittleBigPlanet- I heard that there wasn't enough levels created by the developer and the player created ones weren't as fun as Media Molecule's version. It's BF tomorrow and the price is still the same...

SW: The Force Unleashed- Glitchy game. (Watched X-Plays Review) Game looked somewhat incomplete and terrible camera.

Rock Band 2 (Game Only)- Not all of the songs interest me.

GH: World Tour (Game Only)- Not as fun w/o the official GH hardware and there aren't enough songs that will interest me.

Metal Gear Solid 4- Rented it, never got a chance to play it. After watching the mission briefing, it returned to the main menu and I didn't know how to get to the actual game.

Eye of Judgment- Bought Asian Version before, PlayStation Eye didn't recognize any of the cards (wouldn't activate anything).

I dont know but Little Big Planet I find addicting, if you want to try somthing not attempted in gaming before check out Mirrors Edge it's based around Parkour (free running like the construcion site chase in Casino Royale.)

Both awesome games you should buy both two of the best games made ever imho.

Next ? I would go for Sonic unleashed, then nothing else for me in 2008 which is okay cause I got a bunch of games yet to play.
