This is it, its 11 days away and I am nervous as hell...My strike team in in for one hell of a ride I think....WHo lives? Who dies? WHo gets betrayed? Who walks away in the end and what will be left of them?

DAT-DA-DAT-DAT-YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH-BOO-DEE-BOO-DEE-BOO

Is anyone else amped up about this? I can't wait, out of breath just writting this post....

Vic has to die. That is the only way they can close the story.

Though, I did hear at one point they would make a theatrical film. If that is still on, then Shane will die and Vic will die in the theatrical release.

I can't wait. I've watched this from the begining and love it. This should rock like the rest. Have you seen the preview for the new show "Sons of Anarchy" on F/X? Looks interesting.

SONS of ANARCHY???Haven't heard of it but yes I will check it out....FX puts out some great stuff....

I originally heard 11 but there might be another if they don't edit....we'll see.

I can't wait for the final season to start. I have been watching it since episode one and I have all of the avaliable seasons that are out on dvd. I am hoping that Shane gets it in the end. Vic had a 2 chances to kill him and I think he should of did it in season 4.

Either Shane dies or Vic dies and Shane goes to prison for life (and dies behind bars). Either way I hope Acevedo goes down.

Yeah they have been showing previews for it. I'm pretty sure that's what it's called. It's a motorcycle gang. F/X does put out some great stuff. Have you seen "Damages" with Glen Close? That's another awesome show. Should be coming back on soon too.

I would like to see them get ambushed and caught by one of the many people they have screwed over. They could have them all chained/tied up in a building that gets torched with them in it, everyone including Aceveda. That would be going out in a blaze of glory in my opinion.

If that happens then there will be a Movie, at which time Vic dies. There just doesn't seem to be any other way for this to end. This season is going to be very interesting, Vic Mackey is no longer restrained by the Badge! Just imagine, now he gets to really cut loose.

I just noticed in the Poll nobody is voting for Ronnie to die, go figure.

Damages was truly EXCELLENT. The entire cast is fantastic. Glen Close is beyond perfect (?). Danson makes a super CEO *******. The non-linear story telling is so well done with the use of grain during flashbacks. As soon as I watched the last episode I was dying for season 2....which is still a ways off :-(

I have never seen a single episode of The Shield. I just now went to my NETFLIX account to add some and get started. EVERY season is in fullscreen and Dolby 2.0? That cant be right, can it? Maybe season 1 and 2, but after the shows popularity grew, wouldnt they do wide screen and 5.1?

Please....tell me NETFLIX is wrong.

SQUIDY Welcome aboard. *WARNING* You will get hooked immediately. I lent Season One to a buddy and a week later he was asking for Season 2, two days after that he was asking for SEASON 3...you see where this is going, right? Ironically I would never want it to go to Blu. The show moves and looks documentary style. Blu-ray wouldn't work. To answer your question about the 2.0. It was done on purpose, I think. It will make more sense when you actually watch it.

Yeah, Sons of Anarchy looks pretty awesome as well. I'm really excited for the Shield, however. For some reason I don't think Vic will get killed. Go to prison, maybe or take some kind of deal to get Shane busted. I never used to think that Vic would rat on anybody, but after Shane messed with his family I think Vic will now do whatever he has to. I'm also ready for some more Tina

Duuuuuuuuuuuude. Is it really 4:3? I am well aware of the addictive quality of some of these shows. 24 and Prison Break and LOST are like crack cocaine.

Ah yes, this is the other show on FX that I'm really looking forward to. I posted a topic on this awhile back but I guess it was still too early to get much feedback

Anyways its got a good cast and interesting theme of a biker gang that should be new and interesting. Peggy from Married with Children is in it!

btw Did anyone get the Season 6 Shield DVD set yesterday? It came out yesterday but it was already sold out!

cant wait for the season to start, i got hooked on the shield a few years back when i was in afghanistan, a few of my buddies and i watched every season that was out after our shifts everyday. We went through them so fast.
