Standalone player deals at FS - Blu-ray Forum

I think those are decent deals (ends 27/11/2008):

Sony Blu-ray Disc Player (BDPS350) @ 269.99$ with 3 movies (I, Robot - Kingdom of Heaven - Devil Wears Prada)
Samsung Blu-ray Disc Player (BDP1500) @ 249.99$ with 3 movies (I, Robot - Kingdom of Heaven - Devil Wears Prada)

I was thinking of getting one to replace a cheap toshiba upconverting player that I use for the bedroom but the player oddly started working again last night (after making strange noise and all...

)

Not bad deals there. I have the Sony BDP-S350, and I must recommend. I paid 299.99 w/ 1 movie at end of September. It wouldn't hurt to wait it out for a slightly better deal in upcoming flyers, but if you really want those particular bonus Blu's then have at it!

also considering 2 weeks ago the 350 was $249, i know this because my friend picked it up.

Although we likely won't see $150 for the 350 like they have it in the States right now for black friday, the price on a few stand alones should drop in price come christmas and boxing day, if people can hold out.

I'm in the market for a stand alone for the bedroom, so hopefully we get some decent players in the sub $200 range.

Sharp Blu-ray Disc Player (BD-HP20U) $169.99 might be for today only not sure but 3 blu-ray with it also.
