Default Good start to a Blu-ray collection?

So I'm just getting in on the Blu-ray action, and I need your guys' opinion on if this is a good starter collection.

The Godfather - The Coppola Restoration Giftset
Ratatouille
WALL-E (Three-Disc Special Edition + Digital Copy and BD Live)
Kung Fu Panda
Iron Man (Ultimate Two-Disc Edition + BD Live)

Total = $117.95

I'm much more inclined to buy lighthearted movies with a lot of replay value on Blu-ray, hence why I have three animated movies. Personally, I don't want to watch A Clockwork Orange on multiple viewings, especially when I have family in the house. Still, I'd like to build an eclectic Blu-ray library of a modest number of great films as opposed to a huge collection. As for my budget, I don't want to spend too much at first; I think even $120 on my first buy may be a bit much. Feel free to make any suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
