Have you had any problems? Im thinking about buying lost season 4 and it says the shipping is 1 to 2 days.

no, but when i go to that site the prices are never as good as Amazon.

I only ordered from them once and it was a nightmare. They sent me a different item at a much lesser value than what I ordered. They conveniently sold out of the item that I wanted. I literally had to beg their customer service several times for a refund. It took over a month to get my money back.

I recently bought a book from there because they had a cheaper price on it than Amazon. No shipping charge too and it arrived within days. It was my first and only purchase so far.

My experience has been rather hit or miss. Overall they are slow but fairly reliable. A disappointment compared to other eSellers wouldn't be incorrect. I had talked to customer twice, the first guy was cool and helpful. The second time I needed help, this CSR didn't want to be bothered with anything and gave off generic BS answers.

If the price was right I MAY still buy from them, but I find they lacking behind other sellers in the pricing department.

Even though I haven't bought from them in months, I never had any problems with them, and shipping was always fast, 2 or 3 days at the most. I guess it depends where you live compared to where they ship from. I bought many items from them back when they still had $10 off with Google checkout, which made their prices way lower than Amazon. I bought several things, including some blu-rays, using this promotion, but ever since they stopped, I stopped shopping there, as their prices are now the same or above amazon. If you are getting a good price, I would recommend, as I never had a problem with their shipping.

nope I bought alot when they had the $10 off first purchase with google checkout, I bout about 10 movies and they all came as quick as I paid for them to come.

No problems with Buy.com. Picked up Spiderman 3 (single disc) for $9.99. I've also purchased other items from them before.

i ordered from them alot before i became a amazon prime member. and had no problems with them. altho if you cancel a item it takes them forever to remove it. i ended up having to return the item. even thou i canceled it a week before it shipped.

I bought from them a few times.

One Blu Ray I bought had damaged packaging (wasn't shipped carefully) but I couldn't be bothered to send it back and wait for a new copy so I just coped with it.

I've used them a couple times and it's always been somewhat slow. Usually takes a couple days to ship and then the actual shipping took about a week.
