The DTS HD MASTER display shows what the receiver is sensing as an audio input. So, success.

Your PS3 showed PCM because it was decoding the audio and re-encoding as PCM. The colours have nothing to do with it.

Thanks for the quick reply.. I just played 2 blu-ray movies which have Dolby-TrueHD, my onkyo only displays DD sign not the true HD? i checked BD35 display it say TrueHD multichannel..but Onkyo doesnt display TrueHD.. Do I need to setup anything in My Panny BD35?

Edit : I figured it out...If i set Panny Bd35 to Bitstream the BD-Secondor Video option should be set to OFF...But it was set to ON.. If it is ON BD35 bitstreams TrueHD or DTSHD to DD5.1.

Now i set BD-Secondar Video to OFF , onkyo 606 displays TrueHD and DTS-HD correctly.
