Probably one of the weirdest videos I have seen on Youtube, and I can not figure out what it is even about/for....

I think it's to convince you to visit Milwaukee. Of course the whole address for the Milwaukee Tourism Commission gave me that idea. Why they are using youtube for the video handling I don't know, is their budget that low they can't afford a decent web server?
