Samsung HDMI Output Problem - Blu-ray Forum

I'm about to throw my Samsung BDP-1000 through the window. The HDMI output does not seem to be working correctly. I was having problems playing Behind Enemy Lines, and tried it on 2 tv's. Before i ran the firmware update though, the HDMI started acting screwing. It wasnt even being recognized on my lcd, and still cant get it up after running the update. The component out works ok though.

I know about changing the setting on the front of the BD Player. Also tried multiple hdmi cables to now avail. Anyone know how to do hard reset on the Samsung???

similar problem. known problem. you will need to send it in for repair. just be warned the "guaranteed 24 day repair" is more like 6 weeks.
