Indy 4 BD Freezes on Sony BDP-S350 - Blu-ray Forum

It happens at about 56:30 into the movie where they just get to the Russian camp scene. Has this happened to anyone else on this model player? I'm thinking either my player is crapping out on me or I have a defective Indy 4 BD disc. I turned over the disc and saw no scatches at all.

I have the same player and just watched Indy 4 tonight - no freeze at all.

My rental of INdy on blu-ray froze/skipped on my PS3 player. I do not recall on what scene though....

I rented Indy4 when it came out and I didn't have any issues with its freezing on my S350. It was from blockbusters if that helps.

I have the same issue on the 550. This has been a similar problem for others on other forums. The freeze-up occurs around the same time.

I got the same thing on this disc on my Panasonic BD50 at exactly the same point. I exchanged the disc for a new one a got no problem the second time.

Looks like I am the only person with a PS3 that had an issue with Indy4. Dunno what occurred. Could be dusty PS3 machine or a bad disc. I too rented from Blockbuster....

My copy is on ordered. Will definitely have to check it out.

EDIT: My copy doesn't get stuck at that point.

I watched it on my pop's S350 and it played fine. But if dude says there have been problems with it and this generation of Sony BD players, then you're not alone.
