Default What Blu-rays you going to get with your Christmas Gift Cards?

Well I didn't get many, but I'm already planning on getting on: Finding Nemo Blu-Ray tomorrow at Target for $13. Just sold off my DVD copy so I could get the Blu-Ray.

I got cash mostly so I have to wait for the bank to open. I'll probably get Looper. January looks like another busy month for blus:

Frankenweenie
House at the end of the Street
Jack & Diane (maybe)
The Possession
Fear

I didn't get any gift cards either but a bunch of cash.

I'm getting Looper and Premium Rush. If Lawless goes under 15$ I'll pick that up but most of the blus I've been targeting lately I got this morning so I'm a happy hunter these holidays.

There's a bunch of catalogue titles I won't be able to resist also.

I'll be using my Amazon GC for The Blob and Ministry of Fear as soon as they pop up in my GB.

I have a lot of DVDs and Blu-rays to trade-in to F.Y.E. for cash and I got some money for Christmas, so I'll just hold out for new releases.

I may pick up the Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men, and Sons of Anarchy seasons, though.

My wife accidentally bought me the John Carpenter The Thing (which I already own) instead of the 2011 version. Instead of the hassle of returning through amazon I'm probably just going to do a return at Target for a gift card and get Finding Nemo or ParaNorman

At the end of the day i got $1190 in accessible cash plus $200 in restaurant gift cards and $25 to share with my wife (going to go to Les Miserables next week). I'm going to bring $200 on an upcoming trip to Disney World to spend on Legos at the Lego Store in downtown disney. I'm giving around $500 to my wife to go towards her outstanding credit card bills (our only bad credit, should be all caught up in the next few months). Some money will go towards upcoming medical bills and business expenses, and whatever is left over is going to blus.

Going to order Invasion of the Body Snatchers, They Live, and Dial M For Murder tonight. I have my eye on the Alfred Hitchcock Collection (I hate they had the deal BEFORE Christmas) and the Twilight Zone complete series (hopefully a good New Years sale) - will probably buy whichever goes on sale first. I'll save some for stuff coming out in the next month or two like The Man Who Knew Too Much, Christine, The Blob, rockos modern life complete series, and another enrollment with the disney movie club.

What will the next thread title be? How about "What Blu-rays will you purchase first in 2013?" LOL

I pre-ordered Dredd and a couple other things. I'll definitely be getting Looper if the price goes down!

No gift cards here, but a fair bit of cash -- which is always nice, because you can spend it anywhere.

I don't know that I will be using it towards any blu-rays really, surprisingly, as there isn't much that I want right now. The only movie I really (really really really) want to own and watch is Silver Linings Playbook, and I have to wait a while still before I can own it.

I do, however, plan on picking up S7 of "How I Met Your Mother" and S3 of "Modern Family" from Target -- both on DVD. I like to travel with TV seasons and often loan them out, so I've continued buying them on DVD, despite blu-ray being available (in the case of "Modern Family"). The only exception to that rule for me is "Breaking Bad", and that's because I was able to pick up all 4 seasons for $25.

Right now, I'm thinking of using my $10 Target GC for The Departed, and my $10 BBY GC for The Man with No Name Trilogy.

I got $200 worth of BBY GC's and $60 in B&N GC's. not sure what I am going to do with them at this point as I have pretty much cleaned out my wishlist and gotten all of the big box sets that I wanted (i.e. Universal Monsters, Hitchcock, LOA, Bond 50, Indy, Star Wars, etc).

I'm sure something will come along though

And the next B&N sale, I'm sure to get The Man Who Knew Too Much, On the Waterfront and The Blob!

I had planned on going on a purchasing binge with close to $400 in gift cards to Best Buy and cash... Then I decided on getting a Nintendo Wii U with it instead. Now I'm not 100% locked into that, but there isn't anything out right now that I really want. I bought a lot of the ones I was after Sunday and got a few for Christmas... So, we'll see.

I got $150 in BB gift cards.
I'm gonna do my best to wait until the next U&S. Lets see how well that goes
Frankenweenie is a must though, along with perfect pitch.

Mehhhh. Idk if I'd waste my gift card on a wii U. I'd save it for a rainy day so to speak
All your new releases for most of the year, could be free
If you don't have a gaming system I'd look into a ps3 or xbox. Just know xbox cost money to be connected to the internet, ps3 doesn't.

I've played with it a few times. My younger bro picked one up on launch day, and I've had a blast with it. I have my eyes on a few games that I've played on other consoles, that I would be more than happy to play again on the Wii U. I've for till the morning.
