Anybody seen this? Has it actually been released yet?

Amazon states that it was released on October 28, 2008....

ON BD? I dont think it ever got a decent release on SD.

I think it was release only in a Bogart collection and it was far from good. I don't know if it's been release on BD yet.

It's on the Public Domain roster, so expect it to get a BD at some point, but not from any place you've heard of...

I saw it years ago at a revival theater. It's alright, but not the greatest Bogart movie. (A bit disappointing considering all the talent involved. It was written by Truman Capote and directed by the great John Huston.) It's a comedy, about a bunch of conmen led by Bogart. It's available on SD DVD. It's worth a rental.

Most people there say the BD release is horrible.

Hi Guys,

just to clarify... I have this on DVD (the print on my version is OK). The Blu ray has been slated for release for quite a while on amazon.com, and I am wondering what came of that. It seems it hasn't actually eventuated (yet)...
