They have an unsatisfactory rating at BBB.org for their selling tactics. They apparently try to sell more extended warranties and accessories than Best Buy does

OP, the price that you listed is less than I could find from any reputable dealer. As for whether or not it's a good tv, I would argue that there are better plasmas for that price. However, not wanting to start another plasma/lcd debate I will say that it is a very good lcd for that price range.
