Default Wireless to RJ45

Hi,
I'm new here and have a question. I have a Panasonic DMP-BD35. I dont want to run a wire from my router, and the Panasonic does not have wireless.
Does any one make an adapter to accept wireless signals that plugs into the rj45 jack?
Bill
