Unable to Navigate Site?

The past couple of days, I've been having issues with the site.

Basically, once it loads, I'm unable to navigate. The search won't load and every time I select anything it only loads the URL but with a /# at the end. (See Screenshot #2).

I've attached images to better illustrate what's going on.

The only way I'm able to get passed all this is to go through the Forum tab but it'll only allow me to search and once I leave the page I'm back where I started.

This has happened several times before and I can recall being able to get passed this issue but I don't remember how.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have. No luck. It might be the Wifi I'm connected to…
