I want YOUR picks on what game I should buy next - Blu-ray Forum

Right now, I narrowed down my choices to LittleBigPlanet and Metal Gear Solid 4. Both looks very fun, but I'm not sure. I like LittleBigPlanet for it's interesting and fun gameplay and Metal Gear Solid 4 for it's big name, gameplay and the type of game I don't own. Please help me on my decision.

UPDATE: Yes, I will buy both eventually, but I am deciding which to buy first.

I know, I know, I just haven't gotten around to it yet (I've had it since day one also, which probably makes it even worse). I've currently got Tomb Raider : Underworld and Resistance 2 unopened ready to be played which will probably be taking up most of my gaming time over the weekend (along with LBP). Plus I have Mirror's Edge and Motorstorm PR at the top of the pile to play as I'm only a short way into them. I've just got too many games and not enough time

Both are basically the best of the best.

I put MGS4 because it is just plain epic scale and pure awesomeness.

LBP is just plain fun.

You should just get both.

MG is third person shooter. Good game, nice graphics. Not really that much of a kids game where I would THINK - can't be 100% since I haven't played it, LBP is. (more of a kids game)

Again, I could be wrong here, I'm just going by the screen shots and some advert's on LBP.

it has endless levels due to player created content. pick up MSG4 used when you are done playing LBP and you will prolly be able to get it for $9.99 haha, thats how addicting LBP is.

If you have played MGS in the past...then I'd say go with MGS4 for sure.

If you haven't played any MGS before then I'd say go with LBP for now and pick up MGS4 later on....because Im sure you can play some MGS levels IN LBP. ;-)

If you want to play with your girlfriend or wife...Or if you want to create your own levels and play other peoples levels..Go with LBP...If your into shooting games with cool graphics and a great story go with mgs4

You cant lose either way unless your more fond of the other type of game.

Usually i would go with mgs4 hands down but after playing lbp and seeing its actually a fun experience i would go that way.
I got mgs4 with my ps3 when i bought it and you can get it today for like 39.99 or the normal price of 49.99 (i dont buy used tho)

Either way youll have fun..And most likely get the other game soon.

They're too different to call this... I have both, but if I could only keep one of them, I would choose MGS4.

LBP all the way from my end.

I haven't really played MGS4 but I wouldn't have the patience I think. Loved the first two then sorted drifted apart.

So I guess my advice is biased, still if you're gonna play with friends = LBP.

MGS4 first since LBP is one of those games that can never end since people will keep creating levels. I know MG has online so you could say the same but for the story go with MG, it was awesome

get LBP...you can play online..create stuff...get trophies...

mgs4 is fun to people who played 1..2..3..and are hooked on it.
