Hey I have a question. I just got a PSP. Why am I having so much trouble getting videos to play on my PSP when I download from PS3? I choose for the videos to download to my PSP and yet when I go to view them, I either do not see the videos at all or it says "unsupported data." Most of the videos I download are Mpeg 4 which I thought PSP supported. Is this not the case? Should it not be as simple as choosing for your video to download to your PSP and boom, it be there?
Also, why on earth does Sony not make the PSP firmware updates avaliable on the PS Store? To me that seems like such a no brainer. For all the touting Sony does regarding PSP/PS3 connectivity, it seems like they have not made it very user friendly. |

No kidding, just wait til you start having problems connecting to your PS3 remotely from your PSP. Sony kinda screwed the pooch on this "functionaility".

Do you mean stream the video, or actually download it to your PSP?
I've never done the latter, but streaming is extremely easy. You just navigate to the video and press "X". Or at least that's what I remember. I watched a bunch of trailers stored on my PS3 through my PSP. I believe they were in MPEG-4 format as well (That and AVC). |
