Default Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory and the iPhone App Localized by NISA For Spring 2013

Quote:
There's more Hyperdimension Neptunia headed our way. Last month, Compile Heart released Ultra Dimension Game Neptune V in Japan, and NIS America are going to be publishing the game in both North America and Europe as Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory.

Neptune will return as the game's main character and is transported back into an '80s version of Gamindustri. The game features a faster-paced battle system and a load of costume options.

In addition to Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, NISA will also publish the Neptunia iPhone app worldwide. The app will allow you to take pictures with Neptunia and Noire, and use them as an alarm clock.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory will be released in Spring 2013 in North America and Europe.

I loved the first and second game so i'm looking forward to this. Sadly, I don't care about the apps since I don't even own an iPhone nor do have plans to ever own one. That said, here is a random picture

Kinda strange for this to get a demo since this series isn't known for getting demos. I guess i'll try out the demo later today.

To me, the demo doesn't feel much different than Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 except with more skills in battle to use which makes those battles seem too easy. It's still fun though.

Demo is short for being over 800MBs.

Yea, the demo didn't feel much different from MK-2 gameplay-wise, but graphic-wise it looks nice and is an improvement from MK-2 in my eyes. The new skills are great and I liked the fact that you can do their ultimate move in this demo, which is cool. I wouldn't say the demo is short since there were alot of monsters to fight if you chose to fight them. But if not, you can easily rush to the boss and finish the demo fast.

Well enemies can respawn to where there's an infinite number of them. But even ignoring the respawning, yes there are quite a few enemies to fight with still being a pretty short demo. So I suppose you could make the demo last for hours if you want to.

Gamindustri needs your help! OK, so may have defeated the evil Arfoire in another Neptunia game. The CPUs have been living peacefully since then, but Neptune until Neptune somehow ends up in another dimension that feels like Gamindustri from the 1980s.

Hyperdimension Netpunia Victory has a new set of enemies called the "Seven Sages" that wants to create a world free from CPU rule. The strangest thing about this place is Planeptunes CPU is a new girl named Plutia.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory is slated for a March 2013 release in North America and Europe.

The game has been delayed to the 21st of March for the US, the 22nd for the UK and as for the rest of Europe, the game is still scheduled to be released on the 15th as originally planned. Well, at least this gives me more time to play through Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 and maybe Atelier Ayesha if I decide to also get that on release day...

I'm still upset that I missed out on the SE. NO way would I ever pay those horribly inflated ebay prices for a lunch box.

2 Lunch Boxes. Well more like 1 and a half.

As for Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory being delayed by 9 days, well it was kind of expected since Atelier Ayesha comes out next week and then the next week would have been Neptunia. It's like it's better to spread those a little bit apart from eachother. But having most of Europe getting the game before UK and US does seem to suggest to me that maybe those 2 games don't sell as much in other European countries unlike UK and US.

NIS must have had a low print run with the SE versions, it was gone quicker than any other release they've put out.

Well that's partially true, but the main fact is that there a lot of NISA fans who buy Hyperdimension Neptunia merchandise from the NISA website store. Like instead of pre-ordering a regular edition from Amazon or Gamestop, order a NISA exclusive limited edition for a Neptunia game.

Get ready for the next battle! This is your fight Tekken-chan!

Quote:
Compile Heart has a crossover from Namco Bandai in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory. While they couldn't get a company character, they have a Tekken specific guest. Introducing Tekken-chan.

Tekken-chan timidly introduces herself and says she's not Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada. Tekken-chan appears to be upcoming DLC like other game developer mascot characters CyberConnect2, Falcom, Broccoli, MarvelousAQL, and Mages.
