Legend?

Ages ago, when both formats were starting out, it was rumored that Ridley Scott's LEGEND was coming out from Universal on HD-DVD. Needless to say it never appeared but i was wondering if there was any rumors of it coming out on Blu?
I know it has its detractors but its a stunning visual film and worth it for Tim Curry's 'Darkness' alone!

Plus, the Director's Cut is quite a decent film, finally.

I'd love to have this on Blu-ray, hopefully with all the DC extras carried over.

The theatrical cut was scheduled for HD DVD, but internet fokelore has it that Ridley objected and persuaded Universal to do a more extensive director's cut / special edition and it was pulled from the schedule to be reworked.

I'd be happy with a blu version of the last directors cut DVD edition, with special features of course.

this is one of my favorite movies and in my top 5 picks of what i'd like to come out on blu. so hopefully sometime soon. until then i have the standard dvd theater/director's cut.

This is one that I too would really like. Hopefully with the US and the European Version. As I recall on the Director's cut or Special Edition DVD, the best AQ treatment was the European Version with the Jerry Goldsmith score. But, I really like the US version with the Tangerine Dream Score with the Jon Anderson and Tangerine Dream song at the end of the film and the Bryan Ferry song during the credits.
