Default sharp 32" lcd tv question

is there any significant difference between the sharp 32" lcd tvs models LC-32SB24U and and LC-32SB23U? i assume the 4U is the newer model but other than that, is there a significant difference? ive searched google and it seems like each have the same specs so i dont see what the difference would be. i just got the 3U model for $397 at walmart and when i was looking at the display unit i noticed it was the 4U model. just curious, im keepign it either way since its an amazing deal on a lcd tv.

KING OF PAIN posted this on the Hot Deals forum yesterday:

Just returned from Walmart with the Sharp LC32SB23U, I couldn't pass up this deal. They had both 24u and 23u for $398, I chose the 23u because it was the newer model. Specs on both are the same. Thanks for the post, I would have never seen this before they were all gone!

These TVs aren't that great. Save a bit more and bad a better TV. I bought one and had to return it.
