Default Blue pixels

When I'm on 1080p on my Onkyo 806, I see blue pixels on the screen. They are kind of hard to see, only up close you can really see them. Some just kind of stay there and some move. What is this? How do I get rid of it?

From what source? How is that source hooked up? What kind of set do you have? Does it do it on other sources?

This sound familiar?

Anyone have any solutions to this? All you guys recommended this brand, but they seem really crappy to me if they can't even get 1080p signals right. I also think the overall picture quality is worse also on sd programs. What are some good receivers that do both VIDEO and audio correctly.

$600? Go Yamaha 663 or Pioneer 1018.

I can spend about 600-800, but I would like to fix this if possible. Could running component help at all? Or would I lose sound and video quality.
