Default Blu-Ray Encode

I'm doing test encodes from an IQ and an AVID adrenaline. We want to do several tests of a mpeg2, mpeg4, h.264 and a VC-1 to compare quality. What would be the proper settings for an encode? Any recommendations? Thank you.
