Default Sony BDP-S350 stalled
Got my new Sony BDP-S350 Blu Ray player installed last night, started playing "Dark Night" 10 minutes into it just froze and machine would not play at all!, noticed in the on screen menu option under VIDEO > BD DATA and not BD ROM was even displayed. Got online with SONY Tech support and was told the a Firmware upgrade was needed, that my machines software version that ended 007 was not current version of 010. Forgive my beginner question but is this common? Already have a long ethernet cable and will try to download directly, if not have a cd with the download. Thanks in advace, and yes this is my first post here..
