All of us use Paypal, but what if there was an alternative just like paypal minus the new drama? Well Amazon Payments uses your Amazon account to send and receive money. They have the same fee schedule as Paypal and appear to have a dispute console in place.

If the issue cannot be resolved with the seller, Amazon Payments transactions may be disputed. A dispute can be submitted directly through your Amazon Payments Account. Issues That May Be Disputed There are several reasons a transaction might be disputed:
