is there any link to stores that sell blu-ray this is the first time i heard of blu-ray

It's not available now. It will start to sell later on this year, september at the earliest.

The first BR single layer (23GB) recorder launched in April 2003 in Japan. Mid 2004 Panasonic released their dual layer (50GB) recordable player. More players will be released in 2005. The USA will probably see the first BR machines late 2005/early 2006. UK probably mid-late 2006/2007. First movies may not be released til 2006 in Japan/USA. 2007 UK!? No details have been set and little is know at this moment. Had thougt more would have occured regarding BR at the CES. Seemed the HD-DVD format had a higher profile.
