Hi I just download the most recent update from panasonic for the BD30 on my pc I also I burn the update in to cd but my BD player don't acept the disk shows disk error can any one help I runing windows vista.

CD-r or CD-rw disk???
& did you save it as an image??

OK, you need to save it as an "ISO" image then it will work.

Download a free program called ImgBurn:

After you install the program, follow this guide to burn the image to the disc:

Afterwards, try updating the firmware and if you still encounter problems please let us know.
