Default Cable on Onkyo 705

So the other day I realized I haven't owned a TV (been using monitor ) in a few years. I decided to hook cable up to my receiver. There's only one coaxial jack on the back of the receiver and it appears to be for radio or somesuch (says FM something on it) and doesn't work with cable.

Is there any way to hook up analog cable to this thing? I've read the manual back to front and can't find anything. I also tried a coaxial to RCA adapter and plugged that into CBL/SAT, to no avail... any ideas?

Digital cable box with either the yellow/red and white rca outs or component outs, then into the Onkyo.

Do I have to get one of these form the cable company, or can I get one from Monoprice or something?

Cable box has to come from the cable company. They also have ones that have HDMI out, which I would specifically ask for.
